Bachelor  degree  in  mechanical  engineering  .

-Content:

1.Coordinate/supervise  all  production  related  activities:production  planning,  personal  planning,  personal  training,  internal  logistics,  maintenance,  assembly,  problem  solving;

2.Serve  as  official  plant  representative  to  the  customer:  meet  established  customer  specifications  concerning  cycle  time,  delivery,  quality,  quantity  and  costs;

3.implement  preventative  and  corrective  measures  in  the  production  process  to  assure  that  customer  demands  are  properly  met;

4.Implement  action  plans  in  order  to  improve  functionality/productivity  and  to  obtain  program  and  Group  objectives;  make  necessary  corrective  adjustments;

5.Meeting  production,  delivery  and  Quality  targets  set  out  in  the  Annual  Operations  Plan;

6.Proper  recording  of  all  quality  parameter  as  called  out  in  the  controlled  specification;

7.Lead/Manage  process  improvement  (manufacturing  development,  plant  layout  changes,  or  other  lean  manufacturing  concept  implementations);

8.Provide  hands  on  training,  development,  and  support  to  manufacturing,  and  quality  team  members;

9.Motivates  and  educates  the  production  employees  to  adhere  to  company's  Quality  policy  and  policies;

10.Ensures  that  all  production  staff  members  meet  safety  requirements

of  company;

-Wok  experience:

1.Above  5  years  work  experience  in  directly  managing  operations  in  automotive  field  with  quality  management  experience  and  acquired  TS16949  acknowledgement  background;

2.Proven  capabilities  in  problem  solving

3.Target  oriented  work  attitude  with  willingness  to  learn

4.Operational  knowledge  of  Production  methods  (Kanban,  5S)
