该职位主要负责新产品开发相关工作，确定新产品的报价工艺参数，产品图纸控制，工艺验证。

岗位职责：

1、控制产品图纸，  管理工程变更申请及变更通知（ECR/ECN），保证公司生产的产品均按照最新图纸状态

2、应用所有的工艺条件验证开发的样品与图纸规范相吻合，并改进相关工艺

3、确定新产品的原始工艺参数供成本会计核算成本

4、准备相关文件（PFMEA，原材料流程图，工艺性能研究）

5、新产品工艺介绍

6、负责编制，维护及改进生产工艺

7、准备每个产品的工艺介绍及初始材料清单

8、经理安排的其他工作

岗位要求：

1、大专或以上学历，产品工程，工艺工程，机械工程或其他相关专业

2、5年以上制造工程及工艺工程工作经验

3、熟悉CAD软件

4、了解橡胶注塑及转压工艺

5、了解TS16949质量体系，PFEMA等

6、良好的计算机及英语水平

7、良好的团队合作意识，能在压力下工作

This  position  is  set  to  charge  the  R&D  associated  engineering  work,  provide  the  process  data  for  cost  calculating,  prints  control,  process  verification.

Control  and  manage  all  the  product  prints,  administrate  the  ECR&ECN,  make  sure  that  all  the  production  what  Tenneco  suzhou  make  is  in  the  latest  status.

JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Verify  the  sample  parts  with  the  print  spec  via  current  process  circulation,  and  improve  the  process  to  make  sure  the  product  as  the  prints.

2.Provide  the  initiated  process  data  for  cost  accountant  to  calculate  the  cost  for  the  new  enquiring  quotation  project.

3.Prepare  documentation  (PFMEA,  material  flow  charts,  process  capability  studies)

4.New  project  process  introduction

5.To  be  responsible  for  compiling  and  maintain  and  improve  production  process

6.Preparing  of  work  instruction  and  initiation  material  list  for  each  product

7.Others  to  be  assigned

JOB  REQUIREMENT:

1.College  or  above  in  production  engineering,  process  engineering,  mechanical  engineering  or  related

2.Above  1  years  working  experience  in  manufacturing  engineering  and  process  engineering

3.Be  familiar  with  CAD.

4.Knowledge  of  rubber  injection  and  transfer  process

5.Know  TS  16949  quality  system,  PFEMA  ect.

6.Good  English  and  computer  skills.

7.Good  team  work  sense,  can  work  under  pressure.
