职位描述：
6 Sigma Master Black Belt (Direct report to American GM)
Requirement:
10 years experience in manufacturing and engineering
More than 2-3 years working as a Black Belt or with equivalent tools (Red X, Shainin) and with demonstrated capability to improve process and product
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to handle multi tasks
Self directed and able to guide our six sigma efforts
Good communication & Influencing skills
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to handle multi task
Fluent in English
Key Accountabilities:
Using 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive quality and process improvement
Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance. Ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations.
Demonstrate proficiency in Process Excellence/Six Sigma methodologies and tools (where appropriate), and perform and interpret extensive analysis.
Mentor Six Sigma projects. Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified.
Mentor Black Belts on Six Sigma.
